Set Point Object Size from Source Objects BoundingBox C4D Python

This post has already been read 4587 times!

In this short tutorial I’d like to show how to set point object size from source object’s bounding box

Recently I was looking for a script which resizes my spline object according to a poly object size… Thankfully I have found a script by tcastudios and modified it a bit and decided to share it with you;

Since I’m not an expert (actually a c4d python beginner) I would like to ask If anyone show us how to make it as uniform &  proportional resize. Please feel free to share your script in comments section.

In this example I have added a python tag and pasted code below. (there are point object(obj1) and poly object(obj2) in my document.)

As I’ve written above next step would be uniform scale according to other object’s bounding box with margin options for example… Anyone interested please share your scripts.
